Our Story
Sasquatch Customs started where most great things do — in a garage. What began as building a smoker for ourselves quickly turned into building smokers for everyone who came over for a cookout and saw what we were working with.
Word spread, and before long we outgrew that garage. We moved into a full fabrication shop with professional-grade equipment, but we never lost the hands-on, detail-obsessed approach that started it all. Today, we specialize in custom BBQ smokers and grills — from backyard pits to full competition trailer rigs.
Every smoker we build is designed around how you cook. We work with you on size, airflow, features, and finish to make sure you get a cooker that fits your style and performs every time you light it up.

We design your build and give you a detailed quote. You approve before we cut any steel.
Fabrication
We cut, weld, grind, and finish your smoker. We'll send progress photos so you can watch your build come together.
Delivery
Your finished smoker is ready. We can deliver locally or arrange shipping. Fire it up and start cooking.
